DIOMOND CORE CUTTING
A diamond tipped, barrel / pipe shaped coring hit is mounted on a stand for drilling levels, angled, round openings from 52 mm - 500 mm diameter with any depth in RCC. Making pockets for foundation bolts. Openings for various utilities on job sites like plumbing, fire fighting, A/C ducting etc.
DIAMOND FLOOR SAW
The technique uses a floor saw for making cuts in concrete upto depth of 200 mm. Vibration free cutting or making openings in the horizontal surface /pavements etc.. Making cutouts in industrial and commercial slabs and floors etc..
WIRE SAW
This technique uses a stranded cable with diamond heads known as "wire" is threaded around the structure and a series ofpulleys. The wire is pulled continuously through the concrete with the help of the hydraulic/electrical power. Wire saw has no limit of structure size I cut size. The only restriction is the limit of weight handling capacity available at site.
Major uses of Wire Saw are piles, bridge piers and beams, towers, machinery bases, D wall and where the .mrrounding areas are vibration and shock sensitive.
